GENERAL INFORMATION / INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Candidates with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply online at https://njp.gov.pk. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one position should submit separate applications online for each position.
2. Candidates residing in the relevant Province/ Region under the authority of each Directorate (as listed in the column of Provincial Regional Quota under the name of each Directorate) are eligible to apply for the positions available in the corresponding Field Offices. Both men and women are eligible to apply.
3. At the time of the interview, candidates will be expected to provide original documents as well as two (2) sets of attested copies of those documents.
4. For the position of Stenotypist, a skill exam will be held.
5. Only those candidates who have been short-listed based on skill assessments and physical standards will be invited to a test interview. There will be no TA/DA for the Test / Interview.
6. As per government guidelines, a 10% quota for women, a 5% quota for minorities, and a 2% quota for disabled persons (where applicable) will be observed.
7. If the circumstances warrant, the Federal Government maintains the right to not fill any vacancy or to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
8. Candidates who work for the government or in the public sector should apply through the authorised channels.
9. In the column of Age limit, a five-year general reduction of the maximum age restriction has already been incorporated. In addition to the government's 5-year age relaxation, the following types of candidates would be eligible for additional age relaxation: —-> ( See details in the advertisement).
10. The minimum and maximum ages will be determined as of the application deadline.
11. The information given during the online application process will be verified. FBR maintains the right to cancel any person's candidature at any time (even after employment, if incorrect or falsified information is discovered subsequently) and to take legal action against the candidate.
12. All candidates will be allowed to sit in the test interview on a provisional basis, pending eligibility verification following the recruiting procedure.
